Return and Exchange Policy

At DYBOS Fashion, we kindly ask all customers to check their items carefully before completing a purchase. We are always happy to help with size, colour, style, fabric, fit, and product details before you buy, so you can choose with confidence.

All items are checked by our team before being packed, dispatched, handed over, or collected by the customer.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final once a purchase is completed.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds after purchase, except for approved gift exchanges or confirmed wrong, damaged, or defective items reported immediately after receiving the order.

This policy applies to purchases made online, by message, by phone, or in-store.

If you are unsure about sizing, availability, colour, fabric, fit, or product details, please contact us before buying. Our team will be happy to guide you and help you choose the right item.

2. Gift Items and Gift Exchanges

For gift items, customers must contact us before purchasing to discuss and agree the gift exchange terms with our team.

Gift exchanges are not automatic and must be agreed before purchase.

A gift exchange may be accepted only if:

- The gift exchange was agreed before purchase.
- The item is exchanged only for size or fit reasons for the gifted person.
- The item is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are still attached and intact.
- The item has no perfume, body odour, makeup marks, deodorant marks, stains, damage, or signs of wear.
- The request is made within the agreed exchange period.

If these conditions are not met, the exchange may be refused.

Gift items approved for exchange are exchange-only and cannot be refunded in cash, transferred back as payment, or exchanged for money.

3. No Exchange Without Prior Agreement

Items brought back or sent back without prior approval will not be accepted for exchange.

Customers must contact DYBOS Fashion first and receive confirmation from our team before any approved gift exchange can be arranged.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We carefully inspect items before sending, handing over, or allowing collection. Customers are kindly asked to check their order as soon as they receive it.

For in-store purchases or collections, customers are encouraged to check the item before leaving the shop.

If you receive the wrong item, or if an item appears damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please contact us on the same day with clear photos and order details.

We will review the issue and confirm the next step.

Damage caused after purchase, after use, during washing, by incorrect handling, by alterations, or by normal wear and tear is not accepted as a return, exchange, or refund reason.

Minor differences in colour, lighting, fabric shade, screen display, design placement, or measurement may happen and are not considered defects.

5. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

- Sale items
- Discounted items
- Promotional items
- Clearance items
- Hijabs, scarves, undercaps, and similar personal-wear items
- Accessories
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Worn, washed, altered, scented, stained, or damaged items
- Items purchased without agreed gift exchange terms

6. Shipping and Delivery Costs

Delivery, postage, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

If an approved gift exchange requires re-delivery, the customer may be responsible for any additional delivery or postage costs.

DYBOS Fashion is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, incorrect addresses, missed delivery attempts, non-collection, or postal issues caused by third-party delivery services.

7. Refunds

We do not offer refunds after purchase.

Gift items approved for exchange are exchange-only and cannot be refunded in cash, transferred back as payment, or reversed to the original payment method.

8. Final Decision

DYBOS Fashion reserves the right to review and refuse any return, exchange, or refund request that does not meet this policy.

All gift exchange approvals must be confirmed by our team in advance.
