By using our website, placing an order, or purchasing from DYBOS Fashion, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Exchange Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. About DYBOS Fashion

DYBOS Fashion is a Mauritius-based fashion business offering items such as abayas, hijabs, casual clothing, dresses, robes, coordinated sets, and related fashion items.

We operate through our online channels and our physical shop locations, including our Port Louis branch and our Lolo Morcellement St André branch.

Product availability, categories, and stock may differ between branches and online.

2. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

Customers are responsible for checking product details before completing a purchase, including:

- Size
- Colour
- Design
- Fabric
- Fit
- Length
- Price
- Availability
- Delivery or collection option

If you are unsure about any product detail, please contact us before buying. Our team will be happy to guide you so you can choose with confidence.

Once a purchase is completed, it is treated according to our Return and Exchange Policy.

3. Product Information

We try our best to display product information, photos, colours, sizes, prices, and descriptions as clearly and accurately as possible.

However, minor differences may happen due to lighting, photography, screen display, fabric shade, measurement method, design placement, or supplier production differences.

Such minor differences are not considered defects.

We may update, change, remove, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase from DYBOS Fashion.

An order is confirmed only when we accept it and payment or agreed payment arrangement has been completed.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if:

- The item is unavailable
- The price or product information was incorrect
- Payment is incomplete or not confirmed
- The customer details are incorrect or incomplete
- We suspect misuse, fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity
- The order cannot be fulfilled for reasons outside our control

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will contact the customer about the next step.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices are shown in Mauritian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Prices, offers, discounts, and promotions may change at any time without prior notice.

Online prices, in-store prices, promotional prices, and branch prices may differ.

Customers are responsible for providing correct payment, billing, contact, and delivery information.

DYBOS Fashion is not responsible for delays, failed orders, or failed delivery caused by incorrect customer information.

6. Stock Availability

Stock availability may change quickly, especially for popular items, live sales, promotions, or items sold in-store and online.

An item shown online or on social media does not guarantee availability unless confirmed by our team.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact the customer to discuss the next step.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Collection

Delivery and collection are handled according to our Shipping Policy.

We currently offer delivery within Mauritius only.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may happen due to Mauritius Post, delivery providers, public holidays, weather, incorrect customer details, non-collection, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers may collect orders from our physical branches only after confirmation that the order is ready and available at the correct branch.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All sales are final once a purchase is completed.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds after purchase, except for approved gift exchanges or confirmed wrong, damaged, or defective items reported according to our Return and Exchange Policy.

Gift exchanges are not automatic and must be discussed and agreed with our team before purchase.

Customers must read and follow our Return and Exchange Policy before purchasing.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We carefully check items before packing, dispatching, handing over, or allowing collection.

Customers should check their order as soon as they receive it.

For in-store purchases or collections, customers are encouraged to check items before leaving the shop.

If an item appears wrong, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery, the customer must contact us immediately with clear photos and order details.

Damage caused after purchase, after use, during washing, by incorrect handling, by alterations, or by normal wear and tear is not accepted as a return, exchange, or refund reason.

10. Use of Website and Online Channels

Customers must not misuse our website, social media pages, messages, or online services.

You agree not to:

- Provide false or misleading information
- Use our website for fraud or unlawful activity
- Copy, steal, scrape, or misuse our content, photos, product descriptions, logos, or designs

Nothing in these Terms creates any guarantee beyond what is clearly stated by DYBOS Fashion in writing.
