At DYBOS Fashion, we currently deliver orders within Mauritius only. International shipping is not available at this time.
1. Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery options within Mauritius:
Standard Post – Rs 100
Estimated delivery time: 3 working days to 1 week.
Express Post – Rs 150
Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 working days, according to Mauritius Post delivery periods.
All postal deliveries are handled through Mauritius Post. Delivery times, processing, opening hours, delays, and service conditions are controlled by Mauritius Post. Once an order has been handed over to Mauritius Post, DYBOS Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by postal operations, public holidays, weather, strikes, incorrect addresses, non-collection, or any circumstances outside our control.
2. Delivery by Car for Orders of Rs 5,000 and Above
For orders of Rs 5,000 and above, delivery by car may be available depending on location, staff availability, and prior agreement with our team.
This option must be discussed and confirmed before or at the time of placing the order. Delivery by car is not automatic and may take up to 1 week, depending on the agreed arrangement.
3. Store Collection
Customers may also collect their orders from our physical shops, depending on stock availability and prior confirmation:
DYBOS Fashion – Port Louis
Near Line Barracks / Caserne area, Port Louis.
DYBOS Casuals / Hijabs – Lolo Morcellement St André
Lolo St André area.
Please contact us before collection to confirm that your order is ready and available at the correct branch.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed during shop working days and hours. Orders placed outside working hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
5. Correct Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct name, phone number, and delivery address. DYBOS Fashion is not responsible for failed, delayed, or returned deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.
If a parcel is returned due to wrong information, missed delivery, or non-collection, the customer may need to pay a new delivery fee for re-sending.
6. Delivery Delays
We always try our best to dispatch orders quickly, but delivery times are estimates only. Delays may happen due to Mauritius Post operations, weather, public holidays, busy periods, or other situations outside our control.
